Update icosa_sr with new sr mods

Thomas Makin requested to merge makinbacon17/android_device_nintendo_icosa_sr:lineage-17.1 into lineage-17.1

Update icosa_sr shim repo to include new changes in forks of foster and t-c

Also reorganizes initfiles to be not stupid--there were ~3 different init scripts that were just 2 lines, all running on init, and this update was going to necessitate even more. This adds a common initscript to somewhat match the format of other device repos.
